The Taunton Toad Trail, has been created to help celebrate the 60th anniversary of the League of Friends, which promotes the voluntary service at Taunton's Musgrove Park Hospital and raises funds to buy extra equipment.
The trail features over 22 giant toad sculptures designed by local artists, children, businesses and charities. Sculptures were positioned in locations around Taunton and the surrounding area, making the perfect family day out around the county town and beyond.
The League of Friends Musgrove Park Hospital is one of the oldest local charities.
Formed in 1959 by The Rotary Club of Taunton we promote voluntary service in the hospital and raise funds to buy extra equipment over and above what the NHS could afford to provide for our very well regarded Foundation Trust Hospital.
